These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply without restriction or reservation to all sales concluded by Revious (hereinafter "the Seller") with consumers and non-professional buyers (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to purchase products offered for sale on the Seller's website.

Article 1 – Seller Information

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are clothing and textile accessories.
Each product is presented on the site with a detailed description (materials, sizes, colors, visuals).

Photographs and visuals are not contractually binding. Minor differences may exist (colors, textures) without engaging the Seller's liability.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs are indicated before the order is validated.

The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of the order.

Article 4 – Orders

The Customer places an order directly on the website. The order is considered final after:

• product selection,
• cart validation,
• provision of necessary information,
• full payment.

Any order implies acceptance of these GTC.

Article 5 – Pre-orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.

In this case:

• payment is due at the time of the order,
• manufacturing and delivery times are indicated as estimates,
• the Customer acknowledges accepting a longer delay than a standard order.

In the event of a significant delay or impossibility of production, the Customer will be informed and may request a refund.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online by secure means (credit card, or other solutions offered on the site).

The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.

Delivery times are given as an indication. The Seller cannot be held responsible for a delay attributable to the carrier.

Risks are transferred to the Customer upon handover of the package to the carrier.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons for their decision.

Returns must be made:

• in their original condition,
• unworn, unwashed,
• with intact labels.

Return costs are borne by the Customer.

Refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.

Article 9 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products:

• personalized,
• made according to Customer specifications.

Article 10 – Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product.

The Seller's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (texts, visuals, logos, designs, products) are the exclusive property of Revious.

Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.

Article 12 – Personal data

Personal data collected is necessary for processing orders.

It is used in accordance with current regulations (GDPR). The Customer has a right to access, rectify and delete their data.

Article 13 – Applicable law and disputes

These GTC are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing this, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
